Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the discovery of customer and business needs, set design direction and strategy, and communicate initiatives through various design materials while working remotely with potential visits to hub locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of digital initiatives for web and mobile platforms, focusing on user experience throughout the entire lifecycle
• Conduct research to uncover customer needs and present findings to inform improvements in customer experience
• Create user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes to effectively communicate design strategies and usability adjustments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading experience design for digital initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial institution sector
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• Strong background in requirement gathering and analysis, particularly in user experience collaboration
• Experience with Agile methodologies and design incorporating AI
