Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the design direction for digital initiatives in the banking and financial sector, utilizing remote work capabilities while being available for in-person collaboration in select hub locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery of customer and business needs through research and contextual inquiries
• Set design direction and strategy, creating user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes
• Establish research methods and present findings to inform improvements in customer experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading experience design for digital initiatives in web and mobile
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial sector
• Expert level proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and analysis, with a focus on user experience collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design involving AI
