Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Transforming complex tasks into intuitive designs, the contract Senior Experience Designer will lead the discovery of customer needs and set design strategies while working remotely and potentially transitioning to a hub location in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, Birmingham, or Phoenix.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the design process by conducting research and establishing usability direction for new and existing products
• Create user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design initiatives effectively
• Analyze customer feedback and adjust designs to align with evolving user expectations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading Experience Design for digital initiatives in web and mobile environments
• Expertise in Figma with 5+ years of prototyping experience
• 3+ years of experience in the banking, investment, or financial sectors
• Strong background in requirement gathering, analysis, and user experience collaboration
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and design with AI
