Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the full-time Senior Experience Designer will create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes while employing Lean UX and agile methodologies to enhance digital experiences for a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize design systems to deliver responsive UI, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications for user interactions
• Conduct usability testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate design processes and solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support public website initiatives and digital marketing campaigns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field
• At least 5 years of dedicated UX design experience in digital environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design processes and outcomes
• High competence with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Relevant UX/UI certifications considered an asset
