Senior Experience Designer

Job Summary

Operating as a trusted individual contributor, the full-time Senior Experience Designer will translate creative vision into high-quality digital experiences for web and interactive visual aids, collaborating cross-functionally while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Executing projects independently from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with creative and technical standards
• Designing within established systems to create cohesive, scalable web and IVA experiences that respect brand integrity
• Collaborating with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow designers to ensure solutions are creatively aligned and technically feasible

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design, preferably within regulated industries
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and design tokens
• Demonstrated experience designing digital experiences within established design systems
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Understanding of the relationship between experience design and front-end development
