Senior Experience Designer
Job Summary
Operating as a key individual contributor, the full-time Senior Experience Designer will create high-quality digital experiences for web and interactive visual aids (IVA), collaborating cross-functionally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Designing within established systems to create cohesive, scalable Web and IVA experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with creative and technical standards
- Owning projects from concept through delivery, exercising sound judgment and maintaining momentum with minimal oversight
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design, particularly within regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and components
- Strong understanding of component-based design and responsive behavior
- Experience collaborating with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers
