Senior Experience Designer
Job Summary
Operating remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Experience Designer will translate creative vision into high-quality digital experiences for web and interactive visual aids, collaborating cross-functionally while maintaining brand integrity and technical feasibility.
Key responsibilities
- Executing projects independently from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment to creative and production standards
- Designing within established systems to create cohesive, scalable web and IVA experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are creatively aligned and technically feasible
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with timeline-based motion design software
- Experience designing within highly regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals
- Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production
