• Serve as a trusted research advisor to help customers build and scale sustainable research programs
• Lead complex research engagements from study design through insight delivery, ensuring clarity and business impact
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on research operations, scaling insights, and measuring impact

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience research or research consulting
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Demonstrated experience embedding research into product development lifecycles
• Experience mentoring or coaching researchers or consultants
• Familiarity with remote research and user testing platforms
