Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Strategist (Senior) to lead experience strategy for Military Community and Family Policy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate MC&FP objectives into experience principles, user journeys, and service models
  • Align experiences across channels, platforms, programs, and campaigns
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive execution


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in experience strategy or customer experience initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in developing experience principles and service models
  • Expertise in experience strategy and service design methodologies
  • Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance from any federal agency
