Job Summary
A company is looking for an Experience Strategist (Senior) to lead experience strategy for Military Community and Family Policy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate MC&FP objectives into experience principles, user journeys, and service models
- Align experiences across channels, platforms, programs, and campaigns
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive execution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in experience strategy or customer experience initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in developing experience principles and service models
- Expertise in experience strategy and service design methodologies
- Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance from any federal agency
