Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong systems thinking ability with a focus on simplifying complexity
- Analytical skills to identify patterns and root causes from structured and unstructured data
- Experience in design thinking, service design, or experience strategy
- Technical proficiency with CRM, automation tools, and AI
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects in ambiguous environments
