Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Strong systems thinking ability with a focus on simplifying complexity
  • Analytical skills to identify patterns and root causes from structured and unstructured data
  • Experience in design thinking, service design, or experience strategy
  • Technical proficiency with CRM, automation tools, and AI
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects in ambiguous environments
