Senior Experimentation Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Experimentation Designer will translate hypotheses into testable design variations, create visual designs for the booking process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Translate hypotheses into testable design variations, including wireframes and prototypes
• Create visual designs for multiple stages of the booking process, ensuring clarity and brand consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop diverse design approaches and support rapid testing iterations

Required qualifications

• Over five years of experience designing for e-commerce with a focus on CRO or A/B testing
• Demonstrated skill in visual craft with high-quality digital experiences involving typography and layout
• Proven ability to design customer-facing e-commerce experiences that balance aesthetics and usability
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, especially ChatGPT, with examples of workflow integration
• Expertise in Figma, component architecture, and building scalable visual frameworks
