Senior Expert in Regional Coordination

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior non-key Expert in improving regional coordination in Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen coordination and coherence of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) actions across the Caribbean Region
• Enhance strategic alignment between DRR initiatives and EU-funded projects while promoting integrated approaches
• Foster stakeholder engagement and improve information flows to identify opportunities for synergies and joint actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Disaster Risk Management, Environmental Studies, International Development, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in disaster risk reduction/management or related fields
• Experience in knowledge management, project mapping, or programme coordination at a regional or international level
• Demonstrated experience working with EU-funded programmes and familiarity with EDF implementation frameworks
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese is preferred
