Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facets Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, and manage Facets modules for claims, members, provider management, and benefit products
• Conduct client sessions to gather requirements and ensure configurations meet operational and regulatory needs
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation of system functionality and workflows

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Facets core modules and workflows
• Proficient in tools like SQL for data analysis and Facets-specific web services
• Strong understanding of the healthcare payer domain, including claims processing and provider management
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience required
