Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facets Configuration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery sessions to determine Facets configuration strategies across various processes
• Analyze application behavior and design scalable, compliant solutions while serving as a subject matter expert
• Troubleshoot complex configuration issues and mentor junior consultants and client teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare industry experience with recent hands-on TriZetto Facets experience
• Deep expertise in membership/enrollment configuration and billing processes
• Experience integrating Facets with CRM and other platforms
• Proven success in complex consulting environments
• Ability to occasionally be onsite based on client engagement needs
