Key responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Facets technical solutions across various healthcare functions
- Analyze existing Facets environments to identify improvements and develop enhancement strategies
- Guide development teams in implementing customizations and ensure alignment with best practices
Required qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in product consulting or technology consulting roles for enterprise healthcare platforms
- Deep expertise in Facets configuration, customization, and production support
- Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims adjudication and billing processes
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating business objectives into technical designs
- Proven ability to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
