Job Summary
Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Facets solutions, the full-time Senior Facets Product Consultant will work remotely to support critical healthcare operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Facets product configuration, design, and implementation activities across various healthcare domains
- Translate business requirements into scalable Facets configuration solutions and participate in design sessions
- Support testing initiatives, including test case development and quality assurance activities
Required qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare domain with Facets implementation or enhancement projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Facets Product Benefits and Claims configuration
- Proficiency with SQL Server and experience in analysis, requirement gathering, and implementation activities
- Experience in one or more Facets modules, such as Benefits & Products or Claims
- Strong stakeholder management skills for effective client and team discussions
