Job Summary
To enhance payer operations, the full-time Senior Facets Product Specialist will configure, optimize, and support Facets-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Facets modules for claims processing, benefits administration, and provider management
- Analyze payer operations to identify automation and optimization opportunities, while troubleshooting production issues
- Develop and maintain Facets workflows and technical documentation, ensuring compliance and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Facets across claims, membership, billing, and enrollment functions
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations and regulatory compliance
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical Facets solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in enterprise healthcare environments
