Job Summary
Supporting the facility management team, the full-time Senior Facilities Coordinator will ensure successful service delivery for client facility needs while managing contractor communications, work orders, and vendor performance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors and landlords for equipment service and repairs, ensuring compliance with lease agreements
- Create and manage work orders, monitor vendor performance, and communicate project status updates to clients and stakeholders
- Assist in the inspection of facilities and report on key performance indicators against service level agreements
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or tenant services
- Experience with CMMS systems or similar productivity tracking programs
- Clear understanding of leasing agreements and commercial real estate terminology
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous customer service experience with strong communication skills
