Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management and ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations teams and ensure compliance with maintenance, financial, safety, and regulatory programs
• Manage financial performance related to operational facilities spending and adherence to budgets
• Provide oversight for maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision
• Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills within matrixed organizations
• Proficient in CMMS/Work Order systems
• Preferred: College degree in a related engineering field or relevant certifications
