Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities and ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery for facilities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Lead the facility management team in maintenance programs and respond to tenant needs
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and capital planning for facilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
- 8-10 years of facility management experience, with at least 3 years as a Facility Manager
- Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations
- Familiarity with human resource and performance management processes
- Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management preferred
