Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities and ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with policies
  • Manage service contracts, conduct performance reviews, and ensure financial accountability
  • Lead facility management team in maintenance programs and ensure positive client and tenant interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
  • 8-10 years of facility management experience, including 3 years as a Facility Manager
  • Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations
  • Knowledge of human resource and performance management processes
  • Preferred experience with critical system environments and CMMS/Work Order Management
