Job Summary

Responsible for strategic planning and operational oversight of real estate and facilities, the full-time Senior Facilities Manager will manage property leases, vendor relationships, and ensure operational efficiency while working remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing the organization's real estate portfolio and facilities
  • Oversee lease negotiations and manage all property-related matters for cost-effectiveness and compliance
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts for favorable terms
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate and facilities management, including leadership experience
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
