Job Summary
Providing strategic support across the Facilities organization, the full-time Senior Facilities Program Specialist will manage program coordination, risk management, and resource planning in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate Facilities initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives through effective project management
- Identify and monitor program-level risks and issues while facilitating timely resolutions with Facilities leaders
- Support resource forecasting and capacity planning to inform staffing and operational decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, project management, facilities management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or facilities-related functions
- Strong experience in coordinating multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency with project/program management tools and data analysis
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred but not required
