Job Summary
A company is looking for a FM Lite Sr. Facility Coordinator to assist with the operation and management of commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall facility management services and monitor client satisfaction
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs, and manage work orders
- Assist in training vendors and new associates on procedures and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or tenant services roles
- Experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate preferred
- Working knowledge of lease terms and management agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and building systems
