Job Summary

A company is looking for a FM Lite Sr. Facility Coordinator to assist with the operation and management of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall facility management services and monitor client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs, and manage work orders
  • Assist in training vendors and new associates on procedures and service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or tenant services roles
  • Experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate preferred
  • Working knowledge of lease terms and management agreements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and building systems
