Senior FACS Application Analyst

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Senior FACS Application Analyst will support, enhance, and optimize enterprise application systems, focusing on FACS technologies while serving as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders and providing consultative guidance and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IS point of contact for client and business stakeholders, delivering effective technology solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert for FACS, performing advanced system analysis and leading upgrades and maintenance
• Lead complex IS initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Information Systems, application support, or systems analysis, with a focus on enterprise applications
• 5+ years of hands-on FACS experience, including system configuration and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of advanced SQL and database management experience
• Experience leading technology projects and system implementations from requirements gathering through deployment
