Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fashion Designer (Creator Merch & Apparel).

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and develop diverse apparel and merchandise collections
• Lead creator-facing conversations and guide creators through the creative process
• Source and manage external designers for specialized aesthetics and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in streetwear or brand-side apparel
• Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, versatility, and cultural awareness
• Experience designing a variety of product types, including tees and accessories
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing external designers
• Understanding of production requirements and garment limitations
