Senior Federal Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Federal Compliance Manager to lead compliance efforts for federal contractors and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, architecting, and isolating environments to ensure compliance with NIST requirements
• Conduct internal FedRAMP assessments, including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP 20x
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance products for FedRAMP 20x requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading assessments for federal cybersecurity frameworks, particularly FedRAMP
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply NIST-based control requirements
• Proven experience in scoping, leading, and reporting on FedRAMP assessments
• Strong understanding of the FedRAMP authorization landscape and modernization efforts
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement
