Job Summary

Driving the development of strategic alliances, the full-time Senior Federal Partnerships Manager will define and scale Granicus' federal partner ecosystem while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance pipeline creation and platform adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the federal alliances and partnerships strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline across federal civilian and defense agencies and collaborate on deal strategies
• Build scalable partner programs, including onboarding, training, and performance metrics management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in federal alliances, partnerships, or channel leadership
• Proven success in building strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact
• Strong understanding of federal procurement and contracting vehicles
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
