Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr FHIR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Perform healthcare data analysis and document data requirements for new data source onboarding
Determine interoperability approaches for clinical/healthcare data and map clinical content to data standards
Collaborate with technical resources to analyze and validate data for appropriate modeling and standards

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a Data/IT engineering role within the healthcare domain
Familiarity with FHIR API and resources, and data mapping between HL7 v2 and FHIR
Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7 V2 messages and HL7 FHIR
Experience with HL7 interfaces/messages and understanding of asynchronous information exchange principles
Ability to improve conformance and quality of clinical data
