Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale AI datacenter deployments
• Lead technical deployments and support factory integration activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support
• Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and leadership teams
