Senior Field Architect
Job Summary
Combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs, the full-time Senior Field Architect will work remotely to manage technical relationships with clients, develop proposals, and support peers in addressing customer challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Develop proposals and technical designs to solve customer problems with input from peer Field Architects
- Identify client business and technical requirements for new opportunities
- Participate in internal sales meetings as the technical representative
Required qualifications
- Strong background in data center technologies, including network, compute, storage, and virtualization
- Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical challenges and create effective proposals
- Experience in acting as a technical advocate for clients
- Strong communication skills, including leadership presence in group settings
- Willingness to collaborate and support peers in a team environment
