Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field Engineer to engage with customers throughout the life cycle of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers, providing guidance during the deployment process
• Lead customer technical teams to implement best practices and address enterprise adoption challenges
• Support the transition from pre-sales prototypes to post-sales production experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
• 7+ years of experience with database management systems and SQL programming
• 7+ years of experience in programming languages such as Java and Python
• 7+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and data services
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
