Senior Field Engineer
Job Summary
Dedicated to driving customer adoption, the full-time Senior Field Engineer will design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport products, and provide technical support to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their investment, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing triage and troubleshooting support
- Develop and deliver customized training programs while driving enterprise-wide adoption of Teleport solutions
Required qualifications
- BSc or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, solution architecting, or system administration roles
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux administration skills
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and experience with security principles and technologies (SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO, RBAC)
- Exceptional troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills with project management experience
