Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead integrated field marketing efforts across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary marketing stakeholder for the region, accountable for pipeline goals and revenue acceleration
  • Develop and implement a multi-tiered ABM strategy to prioritize accounts and enhance deal velocity
  • Lead a comprehensive event strategy that balances large-scale tradeshows with high-touch engagements focused on ROI
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation and field marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-channel ABM programs and demand generation strategies
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and experience supporting SDR and Sales teams
  • Mastery of Marketo and Salesforce; experience with intent-based tools like 6sense is preferred
