Job Summary

Owning the events program from strategy to execution, the full-time Senior Field Marketing Manager will manage a diverse range of events aimed at engaging buyers and driving pipeline growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the field events calendar, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event analysis
  • Collaborate with sales and SDRs to ensure targeted attendance from priority accounts at various events
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics to continuously improve the program and maximize ROI
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of running events that effectively generate pipeline and measure revenue contribution
  • Experience with diverse event formats, including executive roundtables and large-scale conference sponsorships
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with a focus on developing innovative event experiences within budget constraints
