Job Summary
Strategically leading marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Field Marketing Manager will drive pipeline and revenue growth for the North America Financial Services sector by developing and executing account-based marketing strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Financial Services segment, aligning investments to revenue and pipeline targets
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create personalized programs that support the customer buying journey
- Own reporting on sourced and influenced pipeline, tracking engagement and program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in Financial Services within a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven success in developing strategies that generate pipeline and influence revenue in complex sales environments
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and enterprise buying cycles
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
