Job Summary
Owning the operational rhythm of the Mid-Market business, the full-time Senior Field Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leaders, managing day-to-day execution, forecasting, and performance tracking in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the operational backbone for the Mid-Market business, ensuring effective execution and strategic alignment with Sales Leaders
- Build and maintain sales KPIs, driving the rhythm of the business through regular reporting and managing pipeline reviews
- Identify inefficiencies and implement actionable improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst roles, preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity
- Proficiency in creating complex dashboards and reports, with strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and related sales systems, including Salesforce CPQ and ZoomInfo
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex business issues and their impacts
- Proactive mindset with a focus on project management aligned with business needs
