Senior Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems and equipment, performing maintenance and repair
• Provide on-site installation support for products in client cloud environments, including configuring network devices
• Train users/customers in system operation and maintenance while serving as a liaison for administrative and technical matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network Administration, or a related field, or three years of relevant experience
• One year of experience in a network support-related occupation or three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in Routing and Switching, including VLAN management and troubleshooting protocols
• Familiarity with LDAP, Azure AD, SSO integrations, and network security
• Experience in configuring LAN and WAN ports and creating site-to-site VPN tunnels
