Senior Field Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Field Specialist to oversee staffing field project support and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions and coordinate staffing needs within operations teams, fulfilling project and training staffing requirements
• Forecast resource demand and develop long-range resource strategies to align with business plans
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation across multiple organizational groups to meet project objectives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience with scheduling and small group coordination
• 3+ years of resource management experience
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
• Ability to gain unescorted access to utility nuclear sites, passing background and drug/alcohol screenings
