Senior FIFRA Regulatory Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Senior FIFRA Regulatory Manager, this remote position will manage regulatory projects for product registrations across crop protection and biologicals, providing expert guidance on FIFRA pathways while mentoring colleagues and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and coordination of regulatory projects for new product introductions and lifecycle maintenance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
• Act as a primary contact for North American regulatory expertise, mentoring team members and contributing to client proposals and budget assessments
• Provide insights into emerging regulatory trends and align North American strategies with global frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Toxicology, Natural Resources, or a related scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in agrochemical registration at the U.S. federal level, with additional international expertise preferred
• Proven track record of successfully registering products under FIFRA, with deep knowledge of regulatory strategy and risk assessment
• Hands-on experience with traditional crop protection chemicals, biologicals, and antimicrobials/biocides
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex regulatory concepts to diverse audiences
