Senior Figma Design Specialist

Job Summary

Leading a complex Figma design system migration, the remote Senior Figma Design System Specialist will manage the auditing, restructuring, and validation of design libraries while ensuring seamless integration and functionality in a new enterprise account.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit and map shared library dependencies and component references across Figma files
• Lead the duplication and restructuring of the Foundations library into a brand-specific version
• Validate the published state of all design libraries post-migration to ensure updates are correctly received

Required qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including libraries, components, and publishing workflows
• Hands-on experience managing or rebuilding Figma shared libraries
• Strong knowledge of design token architecture and its connection to Figma variables
• Direct experience using Figma's Swap Library feature in an enterprise context
• Ability to audit complex Figma file systems and identify structural dependencies
