Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the corporate finance team, the remote Senior Finance Analyst will focus on financial planning and analysis, assist with month-end accounting, and provide financial insights to laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and prepare financial reporting packages while analyzing budget-to-actual results
• Partner with business leaders to monitor spending and develop reporting dashboards to enhance financial visibility
• Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting processes
