Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Global Customer Experience Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Customer Experience leaders to drive financial accountability and operational execution
• Lead financial planning for the Customer Success and Renewals organization, including key performance metrics
• Conduct analyses on retention performance and deliver insights to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS Finance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and retention analysis
• Proven ability to collaborate across business units and partner with executive leadership
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools is a plus
