Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the invoicing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer agreements
• Audit customer agreements and create accounts while implementing automated solutions for data management
• Manage complex customer financial inquiries and collaborate with departments to resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Operations
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks, along with expert Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Proven experience in process automation or workflow redesign
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
