Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations to track and interpret sales pipeline dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities related to financial goals
• Drive the annual budgeting process and create frameworks to measure performance throughout the year
• Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide actionable commentary for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of ownership and driving growth
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting software or B2B/SaaS sales pipeline forecasting is a plus
