Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to enhance financial and operational intelligence across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve core financial and operational processes, including reporting and performance tracking
• Own and enhance business intelligence dashboards and data models for informed decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish consistent metrics and reporting standards

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Highly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Experience with dashboard creation, particularly in Metabase
• Familiarity with CRM or GTM systems, especially HubSpot
• Experience in preparing executive-level and board-facing reports
