Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Finance Analyst to prepare and deliver financial reports for a complex portfolio of clients and properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities expenses, analyzing building spend data against budget and forecast
• Generate financial packages and expense reports for operations cost centers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Manage contract and subcontractor budgets, identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Experience with Adaptive Planning and/or Alteryx preferred
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
