Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the FP&A team, the full-time Senior Finance Analyst will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes while collaborating cross-functionally within the organization in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly financial packages and reports, providing insights on key business drivers
• Build and maintain accurate forecast models and conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and variances
• Coordinate with business leaders on budgeting processes and customize FP&A tools to meet specific business area needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of FP&A experience or relevant Finance role with substantial financial modeling experience
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of translating financial information into business insights
