Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Owning topline and Opex analysis for Renewal and Customer Success, the full-time Senior Finance Analyst will partner with GTM Finance leadership to provide insights into renewal performance, retention trends, and forecasting while working remotely during West Coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Renewal and Customer Success topline and Opex analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with GTM Finance leadership to analyze renewal performance and identify key drivers of forecast changes
• Develop deep-dive analyses to uncover risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across various customer segments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or Revenue Finance
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and decision-making
• Experience working with large datasets and collaborating with Business Intelligence teams
