Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Behavioral Health facilities, the full-time Senior Finance Analyst will provide analytical support for net revenue oversight, assist in cash and accounts receivable analyses, and ensure compliance with internal controls, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for net revenue oversight, including hindsight studies and ad hoc revenue analysis
• Assist in the preparation of monthly Cash/AR Realization Analyses and identify significant variances
• Monitor compliance with RCA internal control procedures and complete monthly reconciliations for RCA AR accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting and finance experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
